Systems cater to individuals working cohesively together in your organization. Now, that really depends on the type of business that you’re running. If you’re heading up a service based business, systems might be sales funnels and customer relationship management.

If you’re building a manufacturing business, the systems might be assembly line components or machinery.

The trick is to break those things down into smaller, bite sized chunks and tackle them in smaller increments – building an overall system as you go.
